Planking at Millennium Park
So today was kind of a rough day, I wasn't feeling well. I was nauseated all day and working out made me feel worse. But I tried to push through as much as I could. I did bikini blaster 5, muffintopless. closed my browser because I wasn't feeling well, then i said, no keep going. So I did half of bikini blaster 1, thought I would be sick so I closed my browser, said no keep going, went back and did blogilates, you've got flat abs, thought, I'm done for sure now. Nope! Kept pushing, and did some fat burning cardio. Then I went to the Y and did a few machines but whew I was definitely nauseated after that so I was done. So that was pretty much my day today. Praying I am not so icky feeling tomorrow so I can really get a good workout in. I'd like to get a run in tomorrow morning! That's a wrap for my day! I plan on spending a couple hours relaxing on the couch right now.
